Story Behind the Vehicle
Delivered new on 4/11/57 to BMW importer Miller in Montevideo, Uruguay. I found it there on-line, gave it to my wife for Christmas in 2014, and had it flown to LAX in a wooden crate. We drove it to a microcar show the next spring, then took it apart and spent 3 years restoring it. One of only an estimated 50 bubble-window convertibles built, of over 166,000 total Isettas.
