Intro

2012 BMW 650i Convertible (F13) in Space Gray Metallic over Ivory White Nappa leather interior. It is powered by the 4.4-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine (N63) mated to a rare 6-speed manual transmission. The original MSRP in 2012 was $105,000 with the following options: M Sport Package, Instrument Panel with leather finish, Head Up Display, Premium Sound Package, Luxury Seating Package and Cold Weather Package. It has a clear title and is in New Jersey.

Exterior

The exterior is factory Space Gray Metallic with a black convertible soft top, rain sensing wipers, heated side view mirrors, adaptive brake lights, Xenon headlights, dynamic auto-leveling, corona head light rings, 4-wheel disc brakes, retractable headlight washers, rear air diffuser, sheet molding compound trunk lid, thermoplastic front side fenders, aluminum hood and doors and dual exhaust outlets in the rear. It has 19” after-market wheels wrapped in Continental Sport tires. Tire date codes are 2022 front and 2023 rear. Windshield and retractable rear window are lightly tinted in the front, darker in rear. Front window tint has dime-sized damage behind rear-view mirror (not visible). Seller notes scuffs on bottom of front air dam.

Interior

The interior is upholstered in Ivory White Nappa leather extending to dash, instrument panel and console. It has Heads Up Display, Ambiance interior lighting, Premium Sound, Navigation, iDrive, Heated & Ventilated multi-contour, massaging 20-way power front sport seats with articulated upper backrest, adjustable backrest width and thigh support. It has Active head restraints, driver and passenger seat memory as well as steering wheel and outside mirrors. Apple CarPlay MMI Prime upgrade added in December 2025. The dash leather is wavy in one spot. It is very small and would not photograph.

Mechanicals

This 650i has the 4.4-liter, twin-turbocharged V8 engine that produces 400 horsepower at 5,500–6,400 rpm and 450 lb-ft of torque mated to a 6-speed manual transmission. The seller completed over $5k in service in 2025 including transmission oil change and filter, change differential fluid, oil pan gasket, front stay rod arms with bushings, replaced tie rods, four-wheel alignment brake flush and multipoint inspection.

This is one of the final 6-Series convertibles built with the 6-speed manual, estimated as few as ~50 for this final model year. This is a heavily factory-optioned North Carolina car. All work done by BMW of Bridgewater and BMW specialist Bimmer Barn in Branchburg. Valve seals were replaced at 70k. CARFAX shows no total loss, no structural damage, no airbag deployment, and a clean, consistent mileage history. It comes with 2 keys and owner's manual.
