One owner since new, purchased at Beverly Hills BMW, Beverly Hills, CA - rust-free, engine and (2nd) transmission in excellent condition. Well-maintained with service history at Beverly Hills BMW and trusted independent shops. Premium package includes black leather interior and wood accents, sun roof, as well as Harman Kardon speakers and the original BMW Radio/CD player.

The car has had minor fender benders in the past, but recent bodywork has refreshed the exterior — it looks like new.

Condition / Notes:

• Needs new tires soon

• Passenger & Driver seat recline not working

• Passenger-side back door does not open from outside, opens from inside

• Headliner starting to sag near rear window

• Two keys with fobs included (delicate condition, but they operate door locks)

• Radio volume knob does not work, so it is set to loud and one or more speakers likely blown
