Story Behind the Vehicle

This is a two owner 1991 BMW 325ic M-Technic Convertible in Brilliantrot (bright red) with black leather and M-Cloth interior mated to a 4-speed automatic transmission and showing 109,200 miles. The optional M-Technic Package added special front and rear valances as well as side skirts and extended rocker covers with tri-color M-Technic badges. Additional details include fog lights, painted mirror caps, a power antenna, and dual exhaust. It has a leather steering wheel, electromechanical power soft top, air conditioning, cruise control, onboard computer with remote, sound system, sports edition and Dummy-SALAPA. The Carfax notes a minor incident that was professionally repaired. It has a clear title and is Virginia.

The exterior of this 325ic is Brilliantrot red with a black convertible soft top. The passenger side fender was replaced with a new BMW OEM fender due to a minor accident and the car was repainted in 2012 in its original color. The seller states he lost one of the wheel's center hub caps and has been trying to find a replacement. The M-Technic Package added a lowered ride height with 15″ Basket Weave wheels wrapped in Kumho Ecsta 4x tires 205/55/R15 front and rear.

The interior has been newly reupholstered using Kevin Chins new upholstery that was ordered about 7 years ago with leather and M-Cloth interior inserts. It has a leather steering wheel, air conditioning, cruise control, onboard computer with remote, and sound system.

This 325i has the 2.5-liter M20 inline-six with Bosch fuel injection factory rated at 168 horsepower and 164 lb.-ft of torque. All maintenance is up to date and includes timing belt and water pump in October 2023. Brake fluid flushed, new gas filter, spark plugs, and control arm bushings in July 2023.

An E30 325ic M-Technic Convertible in this condition is a rare find. It has been meticulously maintained by a BMW CCA member and car collector who knows the E30 325i and M3 extremely well.
