Intro

This is a 1998 BMW M3 Convertible (hardtop included) in Titanium Silver Metallic with Gray Leather interior showing 135,915 miles. It was originally registered in New Jersey until 59k miles and then spent the rest of its life in the Southern U.S. The seller has owned the car for about 7 years. The leather interior was replaced in 2017 with Nappa leather. It has a 3.2L 6-cylinder engine mated to a 5-speed automatic transmission. The front suspension is lowered on Dinan springs. It has a clean Carfax with no reported incidents, a clear title, and is in Alabama.

Exterior

The exterior is painted in Titanium Silver Metallic with a power-operated black convertible soft top. It has staggered width 17″ Style 23 wheels wrapped in newer Michelin Pilot Sport tires with drilled and slotted brake rotors. The front is lowered on Dinan springs. It has a removable hardtop, fog lights, a front spoiler, factory aerodynamic bumpers, side sills, and mirrors.

Interior

The interior was re-upholstered in Gray Nappa leather in 2017. It has heated and power-adjustable sport seats, cruise control, an onboard computer, new Coco floor mats, and dual-zone automatic climate control. 

Mechanicals

This M3 has the 3.2-liter S52 inline-six was factory rated at 240 horsepower and 236 lb-ft of torque mated to a five-speed automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential. The seller installed a Mishimoto aluminum radiator, metal water pump impeller, and Cold air intake. The rear carriage bushings have been replaced.

A BMW CCA member has maintained this M3 extremely well. This M3 comes with service records. The seller purchased a manual transmission to swap out the automatic transmission. This swap was not done, and the manual transmission is included in the sale.
